Ensure that Remote debugging should be turned off for API App, Web App and Function App

Remediation

Perform the following in the Azure Console:

Login to Azure Portal using https://portal.azure.com
Go to App Services
Click on each App
Under Setting section, Click on Application settings
Ensure that debugging is set to off under General settings
