EBS must be attached to EC2 instance
1. Navigate to the AWS console EC2 dashboard
2. In the navigation pane, select Volumes
3. Sort using the State column and locate the volumes marked ‘available’
4. Review the volume information (create date, size, status, etc)
5. Determine if you wish to retain or remove each volume
