Ensure S3 Transfer Acceleration is enabled

Description

By using Transfer Acceleration feature to increase the speed of data transfers in and out of Amazon S3 using the AWS edge network. S3 Transfer Acceleration feature enables fast, easy and secure transfers of files over long distances.

Remediation

Perform the following steps to enable AWS S3 Acceleration

  1. Sign in to AWS Management Console.
  2. Click on to S3 dashboard at https://console.aws.amazon.com/s3/.
  3. Click on the name of the S3 bucket that you want to configure.
  4. Select the Properties tab from the dashboard top menu then click the Transfer Acceleration box to access the feature settings.
  5. Inside Transfer Acceleration box, perform the following:<ol style="list-style-type: lower-alpha
