AWS account should be configured to use security challenge questions so Amazon can use these questions to verify your identity in case your account becomes compromised or if you just need to contact their customer service for help.
1. Sign in to the AWS Management Console.
2. Go to your AWS account settings page.
3. Scroll down to Configure Security Challenge Questionssection and click the Edit link.
4. Select three different questions made available by Amazon and provide the appropriate answers to the selected questions
5. Click the Update button to save the changes.
