The state of your Amazon VPN tunnels should be active to ensure network traffic flow over your Virtual Private Network.
1. Sign in to the AWS Management Console.
2. Go to AWS Support Center page.
3. In the left navigation panel, under Dashboard, click Create Case to initiate the process.
4. On the Create Case support page, perform the following:
