Perform the following in the Azure Console:

1. Login to Azure Portal using https://portal.azure.com
2. Go to Azure Database for PostgreSQL server
3. Select the Create a resource button (+) in the upper-left corner of the portal
4. Select Databases > Azure Database for PostgreSQL
5. Select the Single server deployment option
6. Fill out the Basics form required information
7.  Ensure Backup Redundancy option is Geo_redundant
