All the actions regarding your system are stored in /var/log/syslog ( Ubuntu ) by default . For example which cron was executed at what time etc.
To create the access credentials please follow the following steps.
Create an Access Policy in your AWS Account. Create Third Party Access Role then Create Credential in Cloudlytics Account.
